Trent Halvorsen

Ignite Youth Ministry Director

Trent’s easy-going, fun-loving nature is perfect for his role as the Director of the Ignite Middle School Youth Ministry. In addition to the weekly youth nights, Trent loves seeing kids connect at home groups, weekend youth retreats, and at Merge events, such as the Turkey Bowl. In the community, you’ll find Trent serving as a Board Member of Family Promise and as an assistant coach for the Kewaskum High School Baseball Team.

Trent and his precious bride, Maya, were married in 2024. He says, “God has been growing me through my marriage. I have been learning what it looks like to sacrifice daily in order to serve and take care of my wife. This has really opened my eyes to how truly amazing the sacrifice Jesus made was.” Together, Trent and Maya enjoy serving on a music worship team together and co-leading a small group.

Trent serves the West Bend community as a full-time West Bend Firefighter/EMT.
