Steve Farina
Pastor of Care & Connections
Steve, aka “Grandpa Steve”, loves, loves, loves helping people discover a sense of belonging and community such that Kettlebrook becomes like family to them. His passion is that a faith family be safe, especially for the “least of these.” In the community, this passion inspires him to serve on the board of Elevate (a non-profit addressing substance abuse and mental health challenges) and to regularly serve at Family Promise (a non-profit addressing homelessness). Steve’s passion also moves him to serve with our Kettlebrook Senior Saints, who write cards of encouragement to those who are hurting.
Steve, his wife, Martha and his son, Anthony, all have a passion for prayer. They are glad when they are able to encourage the entire Kettlebrook family that God is good in every way. They love being part of this faith family, and they love their own menagerie that includes: Anthony and his three sisters, Abby, Cassia and Laurel, their husbands, AJ, Cory and Ben, and the grands, Teagan and Fiona; Keller, Elan, Rowan and baby-to-be.
